TSO official sponsor at Spain Pavilion in EXPO 2020 Dubai

TSO, The South Oracle, a photovoltaic engineering company and pioneer of self-consumption in Spain, is in charge of designing and providing, with its ultralight solar panels, the plant that will supply solar energy to the Spain Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, the first Universal Exhibition to be held in the Middle East and which will be inaugurated on October 20th. This initiative comes after the sponsorship agreement reached with Accion Cultural Española (AC/E), which is the public company responsible for managing Spain’s presence at the Universal and International Exhibitions.

TSO achieves the homologation of its flexible solar panels in Dubai

TSO, The South Oracle, arrives to the end of 2018 with good news: the homologation by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) of its ultralight flexible solar panels PSFU (eArche®)Therefore, it has become the first company offering a flexible panel within the Emirate of Dubai, where an ambitious project is being developed since last October.

Not in vain, Etihad ESCO, the public company created by DEWA to promote energy efficiency in this Emirates region, has deposited its trust on TSO’s expertise for the design of the solar photovoltaic power plant which will feed solar power to the Museum of the Future. This power plant will be integrated on the marquees of the Emirates Towers’ parking lot.

The Museum of the Future, currently under construction, will be unique in the world due to its design and innovation, which will set a turning point in the History of Architecture, and which, thanks to TSO , will be provided with an instantaneous self-consumption solar power plant.

DEWA has already issued the necessary permits to begin, within the next days, the installation works of this innovative solar power plant integrated in theEmirates Towers’ parking lot marquees, area where the Museum of the Future is located. With no visual impact, the solar plant will generate 282 MWh yearly and avoid some 170 Tn of CO2 emissions per year, equivalent to about 9,400 trees.

Dubai’s Emirates Towers join the energetic transition with TSO

The South Oracle, TSO, andalusian company leading the PV solar energy sector, will be responsible for the renewable energy supply to the Emirates Towers, a symbol of the city of Dubai.

The solar PV plant, based on the PSFU (eArche®) technology, will be integrated on the existing carport in the towers parking, which has a capacity for about two thousand vehicles. Thanks to our PSFU, ultralight flexible solar panel, TSO transforms any surface into a solar generator without altering the existing structure.

In the same way, the Emirates Towers parking will become a photovoltaic solar power plant, with no visual impact, that will annually produce 282 KWh of green electricity. This means about 169 tonnes less CO2 emissions per year, equivalent to planting 9,400 trees. This innovative proyject, exclusively designed by TSO, is a proposal of Etihad ESCO, public company founded in 2013 by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority). Among DEWA’s objectives is the aim to increase energy efficiency measures in Dubai, to become one of the most sustainable cities in the world.

Therefore Etihad ESCO has opted for the experience and innovation capacity of TSO, The South Oracle, reference company in the photovoltaic solar power world, and first European company to desig and develop an architectural PV integration on existing facade with its exclusive solar panel, PSFU (EArche ®). This system has converted “Tower 2” building façade, at Seville’s Torneo Business Centre, into a self-consumption solar power plant.
